Features That Make It Stand Out
In the past decade, the name of Weber has become linked to the family weekends you spend at the backyard with your friends and family. This is due to the fact that this company offers you pristine quality at a bargain price and is hardly matched by other competitors when it comes to materials used and customer satisfaction. This is why we consider the brand name being one of the biggest features of this product.
The other great thing about the Spirit E210 is that it is a big grill but one that is also very practical with how it handles its dimensions. It can fit a small balcony with ease. Even though it is compact, it can easily fit a whole 20 pound turkey inside, making it ideal for bigger families and dinner for more than just a few people.
The cooking area consists of 450 square inches which is split in a 90 sq. in. warming rack and a 360 sq. in. primary cooking zone. That zone has a combined output of 26,500 BTU.
Construction & Materials
This grill has two burners and both of them are made of stainless steel. The side tables are also made from stainless steel and can be folded for when you want to store your grill away.
The cooking grates are made from cast-iron which is a welcomed feature as cast-iron tends to heat up better and maintains a higher temperature for a longer period of time compared to steel. These grates are also porcelain coated meaning it will be far easier to clean them and they won’t catch any rust.
The shroud is also coated with porcelain meaning you won’t have to worry about rust ever.
You also get a porcelain coated flavorizer bars, which have some unique properties. Let’s take a look at them now.
The Flavorizer Bars
As we said, this is a patented technology by Weber and can only be found in their models, at least with this level of quality. There are some cheaper knock-offs but they really don’t do the job at all. The whole point of these bars is that they catch the drips coming from whatever you are cooking and create smoke and sizzle which ultimately enhances the flavor of your meal. If some drops aren’t vaporized they are caught in the grease pan where you can dispose of them safely without getting the whole grill dirty.
The only maintenance this grill requires includes this flavorizer bars and can be done with a simple stainless-steel brush (made for grills).

Longevity & Comfort
Since this unit runs on propane, its stainless steel parts play a huge role in its longevity. The small water amounts in the gas won’t corrode the body of the grill, and therefore you will be able to enjoy your grilled food for much longer.
Weber also offers you different warranty packages which are all excellent and have a great customer service to back them up.
You also get six tool hooks with this model, as well as two casters that can be locked from the front and two back swivel casters. There is a thermometer which is mounted in the middle of the grill allow you to control and monitor the temperature at any given moment.
The liquid propane tank you can use here is required to be a 20 pound one. There is a gauge that will tell you the exact amount of gas you have left in the tank at any moment, making refills a bit easier to think about.
This is a very strong feature of this grill but can also leave some doubts. The irony is that there are Weber grills with more burners for less price but those come from the lower tier sections. One example for that is the Spirit II E-310.
Let’s check out which are the main strong points on this model now, and see where it lacks behind.
